After submitting the EOI, one has to wait for their employer to complete the nomination/sponsorship form to apply for a work visa. Without completing the form by the employer, the candidate cannot apply for the visa.

Clear the ‘Points Test’

A candidate has to pass the points test which is based on the English language skills, educational qualification, professional qualification, Australian skilled employment, age and more.
